Job summary

New World Ilam is seeking a Café Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations, elevate our cabinet and food offerings, and grow customer engagement. You will work with store management to maintain high standards of quality, presentation, service, and profitability while developing the café team.

We value hands-on leadership, a proactive approach, and strong food safety knowledge. A café or hospitality background with supervisory experience is preferred, and a supportive team environment awaits.

We are seeking a hands‑on leader who can oversee day‑to‑day café operations, inspire the team, and elevate our food offering to create an exceptional customer experience.

About the Role

As Café Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the café while identifying opportunities to improve operations, enhance our cabinet and food offerings, and grow customer engagement.

You will work closely with store management to ensure the café continues to deliver high standards of quality, presentation, service, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quality coffee, beverages, and food
• Develop and improve the café food offering
• Maintain high standards of presentation, service, and food safety
• Manage ordering, stock control, and waste minimisation
• Support and train café team members
• Work with store management to grow the café business
