Viv's Kitchen in Sanson, Manawatu invites an experienced Cafe & Operations Manager to take genuine ownership of day-to-day operations, lead our people, protect the customer experience and ensure the business runs smoothly, consistently and professionally. Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop the team to create a high-performing workplace.
• Manage recruitment, induction, rostering and day-to-day employment matters.
• Lead Front-of-House and support Kitchen when needed.
• Protect and improve the customer experience and brand promise.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, service and efficiency.
• Manage stock levels, ordering and supplier relationships.
• Ensure food safety systems, records and audits are maintained.
• Set and monitor practical KPIs to improve performance.
