Job summary

Halswell New World’s Café in Christchurch is seeking a hands-on cafe leader to manage and develop daily operations, staff, and guest experiences. You will drive a warm, welcoming atmosphere and coach the team to deliver smiles with every interaction.

Responsibilities include planning, organising and leading cafe operations, training staff, and maintaining high coffee standards during busy periods while building a culture of service and innovation. Weekend shifts are included.

The most important job assignment is delivering a great Customer Experience. Our team creates a fun, warm and friendly shopping experience by sharing product knowledge, answering customer's questions and offering suggestions.

The successful applicant is a person who can plan, organise, lead and control the operations of the Cafe.

This a full-time role that will require weekend shifts:

Sunday 7.00am-4.00pm

Monday 7.00am-4.00pm

Tuesday 7.00am-4.00pm

Thursday 7.00am-4.00pm
