Job summary

New World Lincoln is seeking a hands-on Butchery Assistant Manager to support the Butchery Manager in daily operations, uphold top quality, manage inventory and procurement, and lead a dedicated team to keep the department fresh and inviting.

You will train staff, ensure food safety and health & safety compliance, and cover in the Manager's absence, with a flexible, full-time schedule Tuesday to Saturday.

Working Hours
