New World Centre City in Dunedin is seeking a qualified or experienced Butcher to join the team and maintain high standards of freshness, food safety, and customer service. The role covers 40-45 hours per week with a Sunday-Thursday shift pattern starting early morning.

As a Butcher, you'll play a key role in preparing and presenting a quality range of butchery products. You'll take pride in maintaining high standards of freshness, consistency, food safety, and customer service.

We're looking for someone with proven butchery experience and, ideally, a relevant qualification. You'll have a strong work ethic, take pride in what you do, and bring a positive contribution to a healthy, safe, and engaged workplace. You may also be ready to support and inspire the next generation of Butchers.
