Job summary

New World Motueka, part of Foodstuffs South Island Limited, is seeking a creative, enthusiastic and reliable butcher to join our busy supermarket Butchery Department in Motueka. This is a full-time permanent position requiring a trade qualification and prior supermarket butchery experience.

You will prepare quality butchery goods for retail sale, demonstrate a high standard of workmanship, and work efficiently in a bustling team while maintaining food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have a Butchery Trade Qualification.
• Experience in a supermarket butchery department is an advantage.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
