Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a Supermarket Assistant Butchery (Part Time) to support the butchery team with packing, labelling and displaying products. You will work alongside our butchers to keep shelves stocked and well presented, ensuring customers can easily find what they need.

You must be reliable with good attention to detail and be comfortable handling raw meat in a chilled environment. Training will be provided, and a three‑day roster with shifts is offered.

Qualifications

• You will be reliable, have good attention to detail and be comfortable handling raw meat in a chilled environment.
• Previous supermarket or food handling experience would be helpful, but not required.
• Training will be provided.

We are lookingfor a reliable, enthusiastic Supermarket Assistant to help pack, label anddisplay products in our Butchery department.

You will workalongside our butchers, helping keep the shelves stocked and well presented,and making sure customers can find what they need.

Your regularroster

• Monday: 7am to 2pm
• Friday: 7am to 2pm
• Saturday: 7am to 2pm

You must beavailable for all three shifts.

Previoussupermarket or food handling experience would be helpful, but butcheryexperience is not required. Training will be provided.
