Job summary

SkyCity Auckland is seeking a friendly and energetic Busser to support our Orbit restaurant team. You will help run food, keep tables tidy, and ensure there are enough polished cutlery and napkins for a busy dining room.

Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required. Uniforms are provided and staff perks include subsidised meals, parking discounts, and Sky Tower access for you and a guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in an à la carte restaurant.
• Friendly attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to carry 3 plates in a busy dining room.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support service by running food and maintaining smooth operation.
• Ensure sufficient polished cutlery and dining setup; fold napkins, refill sauces.
• Assist with general duties to help the team deliver outstanding guest experiences.

This is a very important role as our Bussers helpensure our service runs smoothly by running food and taking care of all the little details like making sure there is enough polished cutlery for our guests, folding napkins, filling up sauce containers and more!

You’ll likely be someone who has experience working in an a la carte restaurant, a friendly attitude and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our guests. The ability to carry 3 plates is ideal as our restaurant can get very busy. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.
