Job summary

SkyCity is looking for a friendly busser to support the MASU by Nic Watt restaurant in Auckland. You will help deliver and clear Food & Beverages, assist with setting up tables, and support wait staff to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates are passionate about Japanese cuisine, presentable, and able to work well in a team with good communication. Prior customer service or hospitality experience is preferred and uniform Laundering is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
• Be well presented with strong attention to detail.
• Operate as a team player with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient delivery and clearance of Food & Beverage orders.
• Assist Wait staff with restaurant setup and clearing tasks.
• Support service in MASU by Nic Watt during shifts.

As a busser, you will provide efficient and timely delivery and clearance of Food & Beverage, including carrying out restaurant set‑ups, to effectively support the Waiters in the restaurant.

To thrive in this role, you will be someone who is passionate about Japanese cuisine and have a positive attitude. As well as:

• Have some experience in customer service or hospitality
