You will gather requirements, facilitate workshops, translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions, and monitor risks, tests and progress to ensure outcomes align with Alpine's frameworks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Qualification in Business Process Management or Six Sigma/Lean.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• As a Business Analyst, gather and document requirements across the business.
• Facilitate workshops, translate needs into actionable specifications.
• Support testing, implementation, and track requirements traceability and risks.
• Collaborate with project teams to align outcomes with frameworks and standards.
