Key ResponsibilitiesProactively manage the advisor’s diary, priorities, and workflow
Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and key deliverables
Act as a gatekeeper and organiser to maximise advisor productivity
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Oversee day-to-day operations of the practice
Implement and maintain efficient systems and processes
Drive organisation, structure, and accountability across the business
Take ownership of “getting things done” across multiple moving parts
Work alongside the advisors to implement business improvement initiatives
Help prioritise, track, and deliver key projects
Bring practical thinking and real-world experience to improve how the business operates
Act as a sounding board for ideas and execution plans
Manage and produce reporting across:
Sales activity
Client pipeline
FUM growth
Business performance metrics
Ideally support financial tracking (revenue, costs, basic financial insights)
Turn data into clear, simple insights that support decision-making
Provide backup support to the Client Relationship Manager when required
Maintain a high standard of client experience and communication
Ensure consistency and professionalism across all client touch-points

Comfortable working across multiple functions (operations, admin, reporting, client support)

Managing the advisor’s diary workflow, priorities, and schedule

Owning reporting across sales, pipeline, and performance
Supporting client delivery and stepping in where needed
Acting as the operational heartbeat of the business

Previous experience in the wealth advisory / financial services industry, OR Experience in a legal practice or professional services environment
