Qjumpers in Napier, Hawke's Bay, seeks a permanent Lecturer, Business to lead academic programmes and strengthen industry ties. You will teach across undergraduate and postgraduate business, help shape curricula and ensure programme relevance in a dynamic context.

You will collaborate with mana whenua, mentor students, engage in research and contribute to quality assurance and accreditation processes. NZ residency or valid work visa is required.

Formación

• Master's degree in Business or closely related discipline.
• Significant tertiary teaching experience or substantial industry experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more business disciplines.
• Ability to deliver engaging, learner-centred teaching in a tertiary environment.
• Experience in curriculum design, programme development and assessment practices.
• Understanding of quality assurance and continuous improvement processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships.
• Commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practice.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
• Design, develop and review curriculum to remain current and industry relevant.
• Coordinate courses and programmes to support student success.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry, employers and community stakeholders.
• Engage with mana whenua and embed culturally responsive practice.
• Provide academic guidance, mentoring and pastoral care to students.
• Undertake research, scholarship and professional development activities.
• Contribute to programme reviews, QA, moderation and accreditation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve strategic objectives.
• Participate in School initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
