Qjumpers seeks a passionate Nursing Lecturer to join the School of Nursing in Tairāwhiti. This part-time, permanent 0.4 FTE role commences January 2027 and will deliver the Bachelor of Nursing, engage with industry partners, and support learning across clinical and classroom environments.

The successful candidate must be an RN with current NZ Nursing Council practising certificate and hold a Bachelor of Nursing (postgraduate preferred).

Formación

• RN registration with Nursing Council of New Zealand practising certificate.
• Bachelor of Nursing qualification required; postgraduate qualification desirable.
• Recent nursing practice experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Commitment to culturally safe practice and Te Tiriti o Waitangi health outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver teaching across the Bachelor of Nursing programme.
• Support students in classroom, simulation, clinical and community learning environments.
• Develop and maintain teaching resources, activities and assessment materials.
• Participate in curriculum review, programme development and moderation.
• Build and maintain relationships with students, colleagues and healthcare stakeholders.
