EIT in Hawke's Bay seeks a full-time, permanent Lecturer, Business to lead teaching and curriculum efforts across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. You will engage with industry partners, contribute to programme development, and mentor students to foster success.

Formación

• Master's degree in Business or closely related discipline.
• Significant tertiary teaching experience and/or substantial industry experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in one or more business disciplines.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging, learner-centred teaching in a tertiary environment.
• Experience in curriculum development, programme design, and assessment practices.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance, academic standards, and continuous improvement processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
• Experience engaging with industry partners and developing networks that enhance learner opportunities.
• An understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive educational practice.
• Evidence of research, scholarship, professional practice, or industry engagement.

Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi | About the Role

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Lecturer, Business to join us at our Hawke's Bay Campus. This role provides academic leadership through excellence in teaching, industry engagement, programme development and coordination, research, and mentoring. Working collaboratively with learners, academic colleagues, industry partners, and community stakeholders, you will contribute to student success, programme quality, and the continued growth and relevance of business education at EIT.

The appointing salary for this role will be between $84,793 and $100,915, dependent on skills and experience.

The Lecturer, Business is based in our School of Business reporting to the Head of School and will be responsible for:
