Job summary

Qjumpers is seeking four full-time postgraduate Health Science Lecturer positions in Auckland. The fixed-term appointments run from 18 January 2027 to 14 January 2028, with a salary between NZ$85,000 and NZ$95,000 depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

PhD in Health Sciences or a closely related discipline.
Demonstrated expertise in mixed methodological research.
Experience in postgraduate teaching and/or supervision.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and planning skills.
A commitment to culturally responsive teaching, equity, inclusion, and student success.

Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality teaching across our postgraduate programmes.
Supervising Master's research projects and supporting postgraduate research capability.
Contributing to curriculum design, programme development, and enhancement at postgraduate level.
Undertaking and publishing research, with a particular focus with the Health Sciences.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry, iwi, community groups, and professional stakeholders.
