We're searching for an exceptional Business Leader to drive the success of Goode Brothers and Master Kong Sylvia Park. From Goode Brothers' warm Kiwi-Italian hospitality to Master Kong's vibrant Asian fusion flavours and buzzing atmosphere, you'll be at the helm of two unique brands that keep guests coming back for more.

About The Role

We're looking for a Business Leader who knows how to bring people together, inspire high-performing teams, and create a culture where both guests and team members thrive.

You’ll be an experienced hospitality leader with a proven track record of managing busy, high-volume venues and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Leading across two distinct brands, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

You’ll be equally comfortable on the floor supporting service, coaching your leadership team, and in the office reviewing performance, managing labour, and driving commercial outcomes. Most importantly, you’ll understand what it takes to create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.

What You'll Bring

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a General Manager or Business Leader in a high-volume hospitality environment.
• A passion for creating outstanding guest experiences and building strong community connections.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with confidence managing budgets, labour costs, and venue profitability.
• The ability to balance operational excellence with a people-first leadership style.
