Job summary

Goode Brothers Sylvia Park is seeking a capable Duty Manager to oversee shift operations and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced pub setting. The ideal candidate will hold a current Duty Manager’s License and bring at least one year of experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of licensing regulations.

You should demonstrate leadership, numeracy, and attention to detail, ensuring the team remains on task and compliant while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Current Duty Manager’s License is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Up-to-date knowledge of licensing regulations.
• Strong numeracy and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate front-of-house shifts to ensure smooth operations.
