Guide promising ideas through disciplined testing to implementation, partnership, scale or an intentional decision to stop.

Our organisation takes a social, rather than medical approach, supporting disabled people to live their best lives. We are guided by the Enabling Good Lives principles, shifting power and authority back to disabled people and their families, to increase choice and control in their lives.

About you

You are a strategic and collaborative leader who can operate confidently at both executive and operational levels. You will bring:

Senior experience in business development, innovation, social enterprise, community development, service development or a related field.

Demonstrated ability to turn ideas and unmet need into credible options, business cases, partnerships and implementation.
