Qualifications

• The ability to understand workflows and translate what you see and hear into clear requirements, risks and actions.
• Confidence working directly with frontline users and technical teams.
• A practical, organised approach and willingness to work across multiple sites.

DELIVERY CONSULTANT – Auckland, North Island

Business Analyst | Contract (until end of June 2027) | Auckland (Hybrid) We are on the hunt for an experienced Business Analyst to support a large-scale desktop modernisation programme across the Auckland region.

About the role

Working within a busy complex environment, you'll support the assessment and readiness of devices and workspaces ahead of a Windows 11 upgrade.

This is a hands‑on BA role that will see you spending time across different sites, speaking directly with users to understand how devices are used, identify potential risks and ensure upgrade requirements are clearly understood.

You'll be responsible for:
