The role
As a Business Analyst at Alpine, you will work with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs, analyse processes, and support the delivery of strategic projects. You will gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops, identify improvement opportunities, and help shape practical business solutions. Partnering with our leaders, subject matter experts, and project teams, you will provide insight, support informed decision-making, and ensure outcomes align with Alpine's frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
As a Business Analyst at Alpine, you will be responsible for:
Partnering with project teams, business leaders, and subject matter experts to gather and document business requirements, analyse current and future state processes, and support the delivery of project outcomes.
Facilitate workshops, engage stakeholders, and translate business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions that support organisational objectives and project success.
Conduct impact and process analysis, support testing and implementation activities, and monitor requirements traceability, risks, issues, and project progress throughout the project lifecycle.
