Job summary

Mitre10 MEGA Ashburton is seeking a Building Supplies Manager to lead a 14-strong team and maintain exceptional service for trade clients and DIY customers. This full-time role (40 hours) operates on a Monday–Friday roster with occasional weekend days.

You will own the store’s performance, drive continuous improvement through strong leadership, and foster a positive, customer-focused culture within a well-established regional brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 14 staff to ensure high service levels for trade clients and DIY customers.

• Maintain a great level of service and flow within the Ashburton branch.
• Adhere to the Monday–Friday roster with occasional weekend work as required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Ashburtonbranch for the role of Building Supplies Manager. This position is full time(40 Hours) with a Monday - Friday roster, some weekend day work maybe requiredfrom time to time.

The job would involve leading a great teamof 14 staff ensuring we maintain the high level of service to our trade clientsas well as Mid Canterbury's DIY'ers. Inthis role we expect you to take ownership and drive the business through strongleadership skills.
