We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Community Care Specialist to join our team.
As a Building/Facilities Manager, you will be instrumental in enhancing the day-to-day experiences of our residents. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional service, facilitating communication, and addressing resident needs to create a welcoming and supportive community atmosphere.
Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests from residents. Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance their living experience.
Communication: Serve as a vital link between residents and property management by effectively communicating important updates, events, and policies. Organize newsletters, announcements, and community forums to ensure an open dialogue.
Issue Resolution: Address resident concerns and resolve issues efficiently, escalating to appropriate channels as needed. Conduct follow-ups to guarantee satisfactory resolution of concerns and oversee maintenance requests within established KPIs.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain comprehensive and accurate resident records, including contact information and service requests. Generate regular reports on community activities, resident feedback, and service metrics to keep the management informed.
Previous experience in customer service helpdesk and/or building/facilities management is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing resident needs.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse community and various stakeholders.
Proficient in record keeping and report generation.
