Recruitmenthub is seeking a Building Control Authority (BCA) Team Leader in Whanganui, New Zealand. You will lead a team of building inspectors, mentor cadets, and provide sound technical guidance to the team and to the public.

Responsabilidades

• Leading a team of building inspectors including mentoring of cadets and providing sound technical advice and guidance to the team and to the public
• Contributing to Building Control Officers training outcomes and reviews of performance of staff under direct or indirect supervision
• Conducting building inspections
• Assessing and processing building consent applications
• Advising and interpreting relevant building legislation
• Ensuring compliance of buildings and structures with all relevant legislation
