Job summary

A-Temp is seeking an experienced Builder for a 6-month contract based in Kaikōura, New Zealand, with strong potential for ongoing work. You will work on residential builds with an established local team, with accommodation provided during remote site rotations.

Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years hands-on building experience, own tools, and a current NZ driver’s licence. Willingness to stay on site during remote periods and a strong work ethic are essential.

• Own full set of hand and power tools.
• A current, full NZ driver’s licence.
• Willingness to stay on site for remote work periods (4 days/week).
• Strong work ethic and good attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
• LBP registration (advantage, not essential).

About the role

Please note: one of the job sites is in a remote location, which may require living on site for 4 days of the week (accommodation provided).
