Job summary

WSP Napier is seeking a Bridge & Civil Structures Engineer to join our Construction Management team in Hawke's Bay. You will support procurement, contract administration, and delivery of bridge projects, collaborating with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree, 5+ years in contract and construction management for bridge works, with NZS391X experience, strong communication, and a clean driver's licence; a collaborative, client-focused

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
Minimum 5 years' professional experience in contract and construction management for bridge projects.
Experience as Engineer's Representative Assistant or Contract Administrator Assistant preferred.
NZS391X contracts knowledge is essential.
Excellent communication and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

Support procurement and construction delivery of bridge and civil structures projects.
Assist with contract administration and Engineer's Representative responsibilities.
Prepare tender, procurement, and contract documentation.
Support project planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Build relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Contribute to business development and team growth.
