Job summary

As a Graphic Designer within AIA New Zealand’s in-house Creative Studio, you will bring the AIA brand to life through innovative and engaging design across print, digital, UI, and motion. You will collaborate with Marketing, Brand, Product, Distribution, Events, and Communications to deliver customer-focused experiences that support business goals and strengthen brand consistency.

Experience delivering high-quality design across print, digital, and visual communication channels.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.
Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Create innovative design solutions across print, digital, UI, and motion channels that elevate the AIA brand.
Deliver high-quality creative assets that engage audiences and ensure consistency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate briefs into effective creative outcomes.
Develop and maintain scalable UI frameworks in Figma to enhance usability and digital consistency.
Produce motion graphics and video content supporting campaigns and engagement.
Seek ways to improve processes using AI-enabled design tools.
