Job summary

Sky New Zealand is seeking an experienced Brand professional to help shape the next chapter for Sky, Neon and Three. You will influence strategy, positioning and identity while driving day-to-day brand work across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with the Brand Lead, internal teams and external agencies to ensure on-brand, distinctive outcomes that support growth and consistency across our brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Solid brand experience with exposure to brand strategy, identity or development.
• Curious about people, culture and what makes brands matter.
• Able to turn thinking into outcomes that drive the business.
• Strong communicator who can work with senior stakeholders, creative teams and agencies.
• Organised and proactive with multiple projects in flight.
• Detail-oriented with a high bar for quality.

Responsibilities

• Support the Brand Lead to develop and evolve Sky’s brand strategy across the brand ecosystem.
• Help develop brand architecture with clear roles for Sky and its brand portfolio.
• Shape and manage evolution of brand identity, assets, tone of voice and messaging.
• Collaborate with Internal Creative team and external agencies to deliver on-brand work.
• Translate brand strategy into action across the Sky organisation.
• Support ongoing brand development of Neon and Three.
• Incorporate customer and market thinking, challenging the status quo where beneficial.
• Be the go-to for day-to-day Brand queries and approvals.
• Help manage projects, agency relationships and budgets.
• Monitor brand performance and guide next steps.
