Job summary

First Focus is seeking a Brand Designer in New Zealand to shape our visual identity across campaigns, presentations and reports. You’ll craft clear, engaging visuals that communicate complex ideas and reflect our brand across a broad mix of marketing materials.

You’ll collaborate with our Marketing team, apply strong typography and layout skills, and leverage AI as a creative tool to extend ideas into editable assets within Adobe CC, PowerPoint and Word.

Qualifications

• Strong branding, typography, layout and visual communication.
• Advanced Adobe CC skills and ability to create polished, editable production assets.
• Design experience for a B2B audience and strong communication of ideas.

Responsibilities

• Create campaign and digital assets that elevate B2B marketing beyond conventional visuals.
• Design sales presentations and proposals that are easy to follow.
• Create reports, ebooks, guides and other long-form content.
• Produce social media and website graphics.
• Design event collateral and support campaign creative.
• Create polished internal communications and brand materials.
• Build and refine templates in PowerPoint and Word.
• Translate complex information into clear visual communication.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services and leadership to convey messages clearly.
• Maintain consistent First Focus branding across a growing business.
