Job summary

BOC Limited New Zealand is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in our Dunedin operation. This hands-on role blends leadership, sales, and operational management with a strong emphasis on safety and growth.

You will drive branch performance with full P&L accountability, grow sales through customer engagement and business development, coach and develop staff, and oversee operations, inventory and service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment.
• Strong sales focus with the ability to grow business.
• Solid financial and commercial acumen (P&L experience)
• Background in welding, engineering, or mechanical industries (preferred)
• You have a passion for safety, customer service, and team development
