We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager or Account / Relationship Manager, or recruitment consultant who's ready to take the next step, to lead our Christchurch branch and play a pivotal role in the growth of our newly established Civil and Construction arm.

The role
This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a branch while being at the forefront of building and expanding AWF's Civil and Construction specialisation in Christchurch. Ideally, you'll have a strong understanding of the local economy and construction market. While civil sector knowledge is advantageous, we're primarily looking for a commercially minded, and highly energetic, leader who can grow relationships, identify opportunities, and drive market expansion in this newly focused division.
As Branch Manager, you will:
Experience within recruitment, running a successful small business, or managing a branch of a national organisation will be highly regarded.
