Job summary

AWF New Zealand is seeking a passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our Nelson team. You will focus on building strong relationships with our clients and applicants, conduct in-depth interviews, and present job offers with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a service, sales or business development role.
• Knowledge in civil and infrastructure industries preferred but not required.
• Exceptional client service skills and ability to form lasting relationships.
• Proven success in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong problem solving, influencing and negotiating abilities.
• Proactive and process-driven with a persistent, 'never give up' attitude.
