Job summary

Join Mico Pukekohe, New Zealand’s leading plumbing distributor, as Branch Manager. Lead a close-knit team, drive results, and shape the future of a community-focused branch.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, develop your people, manage budgets and targets, build strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and lead change with empathy. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week Mon–Fri, with occasional Saturday work and after-hours on-call responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience developing and guiding teams.
• Experience overseeing budgets and targets in a trade/B2B environment.
• People-centred leadership with clear communication and empathy.
