Bapcor New Zealand is seeking an experienced people leader to become Assistant Branch Manager. You will act as the right-hand to the Branch Manager, overseeing daily operations, supporting a diverse team, and delivering strong commercial results.

You will lead customer service, warehouse, and delivery functions, ensuring a safe, efficient, and customer-focused workplace. The role is full-time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with alternate Saturday mornings and includes competitive salary plus incentives

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or trade industry is a big plus.
• Strong communication and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to lead a diverse team in a fast-paced branch environment.
