Job summary

Bapcor New Zealand is seeking an experienced and motivated people leader to take on the role of Assistant Branch Manager at our Auckland branch. As the right-hand to the Branch Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, support a diverse team of customer service representatives, drivers, and warehouse staff, and help deliver strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in automotive or trade is a plus.
• Basic Excel skills are advantageous.
• A genuine interest in cars or parts.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

• A team-first approach — everyone pitches in.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the branch as Assistant Branch Manager.
