Assemble, a Christchurch-based building services consultancy, seeks an experienced BIM Technician to join our growing team. You will develop and coordinate BIM models, creating construction drawings and technical documentation through Revit, collaborating with engineers and architects from concept through to construction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a BIM Technician or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
• Experience producing and coordinating BIM models and drawings.
• Exposure to building services engineering, MEP, or construction environments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced consultancy.
• Excellent attention to detail and collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Producing detailed construction documentation and schedules.
• Coordinating with engineers to produce coordinated designs.
• Assisting with project delivery while maintaining standards.
• Managing drawing revisions and project records.
