Job summary

Grada Recruitment is seeking an experienced Structural Technician in New Zealand to deliver detailed structural documentation on large-scale, multi-storey projects within a high-performance BIM environment using Revit.

You will join a technically focused drafting team that values quality and independent work, contributing to complex building projects across the country.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Structural Technician.
• Strong proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Experience on large-scale commercial or multi-storey projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed structural documentation using Revit.
• Coordinate models with engineers and external consultants.
• Deliver accurate drawings for multi-storey projects.
• Maintain BIM standards and documentation quality.
