Job summary

99 Bikes is hiring at our Hornby and Northwood stores. No bike expertise required—we train you on the job and welcome all backgrounds.

You will build, service and repair bikes to high safety standards, learn the workshop system, and assist customers with technical questions while supporting the retail team. This is a path to growth in a fast-growing brand with strong training and development.

About The Role:

• No Bike Expertise Required! We provide full on-the-job training with access to our Bicycle Academy program, plus ongoing career development opportunities through our in-house Leadership Academy.
• Precision & Quality - Take a hands-on role building, servicing, and repairing bikes to a high standard of safety and quality. You'll master the workshop booking system and keep our customers informed and happy every step of the way.

About You:

• Solid proven achievements. These can be demonstrated in personal goals, sporting or through study and work. We value a successful track record and drive

• Mechanical aptitude - we will provide on the job training
• Some mechanical experience in a related field is desirable and experienced Bicycle Mechanics are highly valued.
