Job summary

BlackBull Markets is seeking a BI Developer to transform data into clear, scalable reporting for management and operations. You will build dashboards and reports, translate business requirements into robust BI solutions, and collaborate with data and technology teams to improve analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on BI/Reporting experience, ideally in financial services.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills with reporting logic validation.
• Experience creating dashboards and reports for business users with clarity and scalability.
• Familiarity with CFD/Forex metrics or financial markets is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visual analytics.
• Translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions using structured data.
• Create visualisations covering client acquisition, retention, and revenue performance.
• Support self-service reporting and promote data-driven decision making.
• Define reporting logic, KPIs, and governance to ensure consistency.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc management and regulatory reports.
