Job summary

H2R is supporting a New Zealand Crown entity in a major BI reporting transformation. You will join an established BI team to deliver Power BI reports and dashboards while migrating from Qlik to Power BI.

Approx. 3+ years of Power BI experience, strong DAX and Power Query skills are required. You will collaborate with stakeholders and contribute from day one in a fast-paced environment in Wellington.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Power BI or BI development experience.
• Strong DAX capabilities.
• Good experience with Power Query.
• Experience with enterprise-scale data environments.
• Understanding of Power BI deployment and configurations.
• Experience with source and version control (GitHub).

Responsibilities

• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Migrate and redevelop Qlik reports into Power BI.
• Handle an established backlog of reporting requirements.
• Connect Power BI to large-scale enterprise datasets.
• Develop scalable and maintainable reporting solutions.
• Use Power Query for data preparation and transformation.
• Develop and maintain complex DAX measures and calculations.
• Work with Power BI parameters and configuration.
• Support deployment, source control and version-control processes (GitHub).
• Collaborate with BI team and stakeholders.
