Fusion5 is expanding its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central practice in New Zealand. We are seeking a commercially sharp Solution Architect to shape go-to-market with BC, influence complex engagements, and advise customers at the highest levels.

You will own BC engagements across Core Finance, Inventory, Projects, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Reporting, and partner with Sales, Architecture, and Delivery to align strategy with delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution strategy or solution architecture within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of BC across Finance, Inventory, Projects, Warehousing/Distribution, Manufacturing, and Reporting.
• End-to-end lifecycle experience from discovery to executive presentations and proposal development.
• Strong familiarity with the broader Microsoft stack and integration tooling.

Responsabilités

• Own and lead BC customer engagements, shaping solution strategy and aligning approaches to objectives and commercial outcomes.
• Facilitate and deliver discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations with business and technical stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end BC solution models across Finance, Inventory, Projects, Warehousing/Distribution, Manufacturing, and Reporting.
• Architect scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to Microsoft best practice (Azure, Power Platform, Copilot).
• Collaborate across Sales, Architecture, and Delivery to ensure alignment between strategy and delivery.
• Embed AI, automation, and data-driven thinking to enhance value.
• Build reusable assets to drive consistency across BC engagements.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell within Microsoft ecosystem and evolve Fusion5 BC offerings.
