Job summary

BDO Auckland is offering a BAS Graduate program designed to kick-start your accounting career in a collaborative, supportive environment. You’ll work on tax compliance, day-to-day accounting, payroll and financial statements while pursuing CAANZ/CPA qualifications.

You’ll be paired with a buddy, join a social culture with sports teams and office events, and build relationships with teammates and clients as you transition to full-time work.

Qualifications

• Graduate role in BAS with focus on tax compliance and accounting basics.
• Exposure to payroll, financial statements and client advisory.
• Development towards CAANZ/CPA qualifications during the program.

• Assist with tax compliance tasks and day-to-day accounting needs.
• Support payroll processing and preparation of financial statements.
• Work within advisory team to deliver client solutions and learn on the job.
