Christchurch Casino is seeking a confident leader to oversee the day-to-day flow of our busy front-of-house bars operation. You’ll work with the F&B Operations Manager to keep momentum on the floor and deliver memorable guest experiences across our venues.
Based in Christchurch, evenings and weekends are typical, with a focus on leadership, staff development, and ensuring host responsibility procedures are followed. A minimum of two years in a senior F&B role is required.

We’re looking for a confident, motivated leader to help oversee the day-to-day flow of our busy front-of-house bars operation. Working alongside the F&B Operations Manager and Assistant F&B Operations Manager, you’ll keep the momentum high, support your team on the floor, and help deliver memorable guest experiences across our lively casino venues.
You’ll thrive in the fast pace of casino hospitality, using sound judgement, maturity, and a calm approach to make smart operational decisions while keeping your team supported and motivated. To hit the ground running, you’ll bring at least two years previous experience in a senior food and beverage role.
You will be responsible for maintaining and enforcing our Host Responsibility procedures as well as assisting with Duty Manager Duties as and when required.
You’ll also play a key part in lifting the guest experience across our F&B outlets – Premium Lounge, Skylark Bar & Lounge, Monza Sports Bar and The Café – helping deliver the high-energy service standards our casino is known for.
