Job summary

Masonic Hotel Waitara is seeking a Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations, train staff, and deliver quality service in a fast-paced environment.

You will design drink menus, craft new cocktails, handle customer complaints, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate events and marketing campaigns while ensuring all regulations are followed.

Candidates should have at least 6 months in customer service, weekend availability, and strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar operations and staff management.

• Plan marketing campaigns to promote the bar.
