Job summary

The Right Track Sports Cafe in Auckland is seeking a Bar Manager to lead our bar team, oversee daily operations and ensure high service standards. A minimum of three years’ relevant experience or a Level 5 qualification is required.

You will manage staff, budgets, menus, and compliance, while building strong supplier relationships and promoting beverage offerings. This is a full-time role based on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of bar management experience.
• Level 5 qualification may substitute the above work experience.
• Budgeting and menu costing skills.
• Knowledge of local and international beverage trends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bar operations and supervise bar staff.
• Set and manage budgets for the bar.
• Organise marketing and promotions for the bar.
• Train and roster front-of-house staff to maintain high standards.
• Interface with suppliers and manage beverage stock.
