Job summary

SkyCity is seeking two Bar Managers for its Auckland precinct to lead fast-paced beverage operations in a full-time role (40 hrs). You will supervise and train staff, deliver exceptional service and drive a beverage programme with supplier partnerships.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in wine and beverage, experience developing beverage programmes, and hold a General Manager's Licence with LCQ. Flexible to rotating rosters Monday–Sunday, mornings and nights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in wine and beverage operations.
• Experience developing and delivering a beverage programme while managing supplier relationships.
• General Managers Licence and LCQ essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts.
• Keep up to date with industry trends locally and internationally.
• Manage labour costs, invoices, purchasing and product requisitioning.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to liquor licensing laws.
