Jora New Zealand will close on 16th September 2026. Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey.
Tucked away in the heart of historic Arrowtown, The Blue Door Bar is known for exceptional cocktails, warm hospitality, tiny room concerts and unforgettable guest experiences. We are looking for a charismatic and experienced Bar & Hospitality Manager to lead the space and elevate every interaction from the moment guests walk through the door.
This is not a “behind-the-bar-only” role. We aren't just looking for someone to pour drinks. We are looking for someone who thrives on personal service, builds genuine rapport with guests, leads from the floor, and creates an atmosphere and memorable service people want to return to. Great drinks meet perfect service!
The Blue Door is part of a Restaurant group including Aosta and Little Aosta. The right candidate will be able to switch between venues with ease to support where needed.
If you are passionate about hospitality, naturally engaging, operationally strong — we would love to hear from you.
