Job summary

Little Blackwood in Queenstown, part of Future Hospitality Group, is seeking a Bartender to join an award-winning team, learn from the best, and elevate cocktail skills while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Applicants should have a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure with evening and weekend availability. We'll provide training and support for career growth.

Qualifications

• Previous bar experience preferred.
• Cocktail experience is a bonus, but we’ll teach you.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stay calm and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beers, wines, spirits and cocktails with consistency and care.
• Deliver genuine, personalised hospitality that keeps guests coming back.
• Learn our cocktail menu and build your confidence behind the bar.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and service-ready throughout every shift.
• Work alongside the team to create a fun, welcoming atmosphere.
• Help maintain high standards of service, presentation and host responsibility.

We’re looking for a Bartender to join our team. Whether you’re already experienced behind the bar or looking to take the next step in your hospitality career, this is an opportunity to learn from an award-winning team, develop your cocktail skills, and be part of a venue that genuinely cares about great service.

What you’ll be doing
