• Producing and packing a full range of baked goods
• Finishing and production of sweet goods
• Meeting store objectives in productivity, quality and presentation
• Presenting the department to a high standard, including cabinet merchandising
• Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards
• Traying and cleaning
