Job summary

New World Feilding is seeking a Bakery Assistant or Baker to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. You will work across the bakery, baking cakes and muffins, packing, slicing and labeling, in a busy fast-paced environment with early morning starts.

We value a positive attitude, energy, reliability and a good team spirit. You will be learning across bakery sections, with on-the-job training and support. Weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced bakery environment preferred.
• Willingness to learn across bakery tasks.
• Physically capable of standing and lifting small loads.

Responsibilities

• Bake cakes and muffins, pack and label products.
• Slice and prepare bakery items for display.
• Support team in busy periods.

We are looking for a Bakery Assistant who is energetic,physically fit, can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and isreliable, flexible, and an excellent team player.

The hours of this role will include early morning starts, aswell as one weekend day.
