Job summary

PAK’nSAVE Rolleston in New Zealand is seeking a skilled Baker to join our busy bakery team. You will produce a range of fresh, high-quality bakery products, with early starts and one weekend shift.

The role involves mixing, baking and finishing to exacting standards, while maintaining food safety and presentation. The successful candidate will have NZQA Bakery qualification, prior bakery experience, and a genuine passion for producing fresh products in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• NZQA Bakery qualification is required.
• Previous experience working as a Baker in a busy bakery environment.
• Supermarket bakery experience would be an advantage.
• Genuine passion for baking and producing fresh, quality products.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Good time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, reliable and hands-on attitude.
• Physically fit for the role.
• Early morning starts.

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our busy Bakery team at PAK’nSAVE Rolleston.

Working in our modern supermarket bakery, you’ll be responsible for producing a range of fresh, high-quality bakery products for our customers. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craft, has a strong eye for quality and consistency, and enjoys being part of a fast-paced, hands-on team.

This is a full-time position with early morning starts and one weekend shift included. Specific days and hours will be discussed with the successful applicant.
